My philosophy is centered on the belief that every body is unique and deserves personalized care. Through skilled, intuitive touch and thoughtful communication, I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax, heal, and reconnect with their bodies. Whether you seek relief from pain, stress reduction, or overall well-being, my goal is to support you on your journey to optimal health and balance, one session at a time.
My passion for massage therapy stems from a deep desire to help others, a fascination with the complexities of the human body, and a commitment to supporting health and well-being. Combining my interest in the medical field with the hands-on care of massage allows me to provide meaningful relief and promote healing in a way that truly connects with my clients' needs.
I am married to a wonderful man who served our country and we have five beautiful children. I love spending as much time with them as I possibly can. I have spent half my career training, leading, and mentoring other massage therapists and am in the process of becoming a nationally approved provider of continuing education for massage and bodywork professionals. I strongly believe in constant improvement and am still very in love with my profession!
